0.3.1 bugfix

Uploading a new version today (0.3.1) with 2 minor bug fixes, as pointed out by the incredibly helpful users on the TF Games Site, especially Emmeken who pointed out these two bugs!
The two fixes:
1. Fixes a broken <if> statement for showing the mc's face when being denied magic training
2. Fixes a bug that could prevent the relationship path from progressing past a certain point in town.

Neat to see this is still an ongoing project. Lots of time when I find something new it's either on Hiatus or finished. A pleasant surprise today.
